Set on more than 50 hectares in southern Ho Chi Minh City, Long Thoi is envisioned as a complete urban district where high-rise living, waterfront leisure, and cultural streetscapes unfold within one connected masterplan. The design shapes a city within the city — modern towers rising above canals and shaded boulevards — creating a new benchmark for large-scale urban development in Vietnam.
