Inspired by the iconic Cai Rang Floating Market , where boats converge along vibrant waterways, the design concept translates the fluid movement of water into architectural form. The dynamic lines rising along the façade symbolize the flow of the river, gradually amplified as they ascend the tower. At the crown, a sculptural light structure acts as a beacon of the skyline, projecting upward like a luminous tower of light — echoing the energy of the Mekong waterways while establishing a recognizable identity within the city.
